Workshop Description

Remarkable Women Leaders are developed…not born…and the keys to becoming a remarkable woman leader are elusive. This 1-day workshop is based on a 5-year research study by the McKinsey Centered Leadership Project that discovered the traits that remarkable women leaders around the world had in common. You will learn those key ingredients and practice the action steps to begin to acquire leadership traits of successful women leaders.

Each participant will receive a copy of How Remarkable Women Lead. To enhance learning and accountability, workshop participants will also get to participate in a group coaching session via teleconference 2 weeks following the workshop to deepen your learning.

Workshop Objectives

  • Explore what is a remarkable leader vs. where you are now
  • Find out the 5 core ingredients to being a remarkable woman leader
  • Identify your signature strengths
  • Explore how to bring out your core strengths
  • Learn the happiness equation and how happiness affects success
  • Practice happiness boosters and pick ones that will work for you
  • Learn techniques to stop a downward spiral and reframe positively
  • Build a Network Development Plan
  • Learn how to confront someone about an issue without having your emotions take over
  • Become aware of what energizes you, restores you, and gets you into flow
  • Come away with 3 specific action items to get you started on your path of a remarkable leader
