Program Description
Typically, when conflict occurs we judge each other and that separates us. But there is a better way. With a shared view of “How” each team member behaves, teams gain insight into each other and a new appreciation for what each brings to the table. In this professional development series, you will become aware of your behavioral styles and come away with a better understanding of how to communicate with others in your organization.

Program Objectives
- Find out how understanding behavioral styles is relevant to your success at work
- Learn about each of the 4 behavioral DISC traits
- Discover your natural and adapted DISC traits
- Learn how to communicate with other behavioral styles and allow others to learn how to communicate with you

Program Outline
The professional development series is composed of ten 1-hour lessons plus four bonus lessons. The lessons are as follows:
- Lesson 1 – Introduction
- Lesson 2 – “D” Defined (How a person will accept a problem or challenge)
- Lesson 3 – “I” Defined (How a person will accept new people and information)
- Lesson 4 – “S” Defined (How a person will accept change and deal with pace)
- Lesson 5 – “C” Defined (How a person will accept procedures)
- Lesson 6 – Understanding Your Strengths
- Lesson 7 – Communicating With Others
- Lesson 8 – Natural vs. Adapted Styles
- Lesson 9 – The TTI Success Insights Wheel Defined
- Lesson 10 – Conclusion and Wrap-up
- Bonus Lesson 1 – Value to the Team
- Bonus Lesson 2 – Communicating with Others Outside Your Team
- Bonus Lesson 3 – Ideal Environment
- Bonus Lesson 4 – Areas for Improvement
You can complete this series in a format according to your preference. For example, it can be done as a:

- Four 1/2 day workshops
- A series of weekly 1-hour “lunch and learn” workshops
The workshop will consist of a behaviors pre-assessment for each participant, small group exercises, informative DVD trainings, and guided discoveries….all facilitated by Coach Caroline Smith.
