The Professional Development Series is a set of leadership development programs developed by Target Training International (TTI). They can be facilitated by Coach Caroline Smith at your worksite, or can be purchased as a turn-key solution. In the turn-key solution, you would purchase the Professional Development Series Kit, assessments, and Participants workbooks, and Caroline would train your internal facilitators.
There are currently 3 programs in the Professional Development Series. Each can be completed as a retreat, a seminar, or a series of weekly workshops, according to your preference. Using TTI’s assessment tools, small group exercises, informative DVD trainings and guided discoveries, your Facilitator will create a safe, affirming atmosphere.
