My colleague Christina Haxton, who is also an executive and leadership coach, is working on a research project to identify fail points in leadership training, as well as common issues and opportunities that face senior leaders today across industries, particularly (but not exclusively) CEOs, COOs, VPs, Presidents & Directors. She will be comparing those leaders who’ve been hired or promoted to this position within the past 18 months with those leaders who’ve held their position for longer.
