My name is Caroline Smith and I’m an Executive Coach based in Kansas City. Simply said, that means that I work 1-on-1 with executives who want to get to the next level....whether that be leadership development, employee motivation, or just learning what to keep doing, start doing, and stop doing in the workplace. Some areas that I coach on include interpersonal communication, succession planning, onboarding, and how to improve performance. I also love to work with groups of people that want to be transformed into a high-performing team. As a former IT executive myself, my passion is coaching executives with a background in technology, engineering, and construction who want to succeed in their new leadership roles.
